While your buffing isn't nearly as potent as a Crusaders, you can make up for it by bringing damage of your own, along with sticking a lot of nasty debuffs on enemies. Much later in the game (content we don't have yet), you can instead attach ghosts directly to allies for buffs. Soul Bender - Even more aggressive than the Nen Master, they support in a more passive manner by dropping AoEs around that happen to buff allies. Later in the game you'll also pick up an attack that buffs everyone's crit rates, and an even better bubble that absorbs attacks to heal allies, making you the game's other healer. Nen Cannon sticks a really nice electrocution debuff on enemies, Nen Guard is a kickass safety bubble, Stim Breath is a huge attack/cast speed buff, and Khai increases the damage output of physical percentage classes (know which ones these are!) by approximately hilarious %.
